Our story
Started from the inside.
Them at Work was founded by people who'd been on the receiving end of bad AI consulting, big reports, vague recommendations, and no one around when the implementation fell apart.
We built a different model: practitioners only, embedded delivery, exit criteria defined upfront. No junior analysts. No offshore development farms. A small team of experienced engineers who go on-site and get it done.
The "them" in our name is intentional. AI, machines, and automated systems, they're not something you manage from a distance. They're something you work alongside. That's what we help you do.
